Allego seeks a senior individual-contributor to lead customer-community growth and customer-marketing initiatives for its revenue-enablement SaaS platform, fostering peer connections, advocacy, and measurable engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand Allego’s customer-community strategy, creating programs that let customers connect, exchange insights, and engage with the brand.
  • Identify, nurture, and activate customer advocates for conversations, references, reviews, events, roundtables, and stories.
  • Extend engagement into relevant external forums, peer networks, and online spaces.
  • Develop participation campaigns and light content while monitoring community trends and sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Lead review-site strategy on platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2, managing vendor relationships and executing outreach campaigns.
  • Track and report review volume, ratings, rankings, and quality trends; share performance insights with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Own the customer-communications calendar, drafting and segmenting newsletters, invites, and announcements in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Support roundtable planning, sourcing participants, and ensuring follow-up with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Enablement, Events, and Marketing Operations to unify customer programs and surface feedback.
  • Use performance data and engagement insights to optimize programs and timelines.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in customer marketing, community management, advocacy, or related roles.
  • Proven ownership of customer-facing programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project-management skills for handling multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort engaging customers and internal teams both online and in person.
  • Ability to work in the Waltham, MA office at least one day per week and travel 5–10% for events.
  • Preferred: B2B SaaS, sales-enablement, or enterprise-software experience; familiarity with community tools, forums, and advocacy platforms.
