Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development, implementation, and refinement of integrated digital campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and content channels.
- Coordinate the digital marketing schedule to support broader organizational goals and activities.
- Enhance CRM initiatives and automated processes to increase user interaction and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign metrics, evaluate key performance indicators, and adjust tactics to achieve optimal return on investment.
- Work alongside creative teams and third-party collaborators to produce compelling marketing materials.
- Guide the development and rollout of loyalty and rewards initiatives, encompassing offer creation, audience targeting, and tailored communications.
- Assess loyalty program effectiveness, deliver analytical reports, and elevate retention and satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with technology, support, and product departments to improve integrations and overall user interactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline.
- At least 4 years in digital marketing or loyalty program oversight.
- Competent in intermediate-level Excel functions.
- Skilled in CRM systems, marketing automation software, and data analytics tools.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, and Google Analytics.
- Proven success in managing loyalty, retention, or engagement initiatives.
- Superior abilities in project coordination, data analysis, and interpersonal communication.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or subscription models preferred.
- At ease in facilitating discussions and delivering presentations to executives and external stakeholders.
