Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • At least six years in B2C or direct-to-consumer roles emphasizing CRM, lifecycle, or retention initiatives
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional background
  • Demonstrated success in managing extensive campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app features
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Braze, plus skills in HTML and templating languages
  • Knowledge of email delivery standards and methods to maximize campaign results
  • Expertise in developing segments, automations, and scalable campaign structures
  • Background in planning and evaluating tests such as A/B, control, and multivariate variants
  • Competence in Google Analytics, business intelligence software, and SQL querying
  • Skill in converting high-level plans into actionable specs for technical teams
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Chicago, attending the office 2-3 days weekly
