Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of automated campaigns in email, push, SMS, and in-app formats to boost retention and customer value
- Manage key metrics for campaign success, such as delivery rates, user interaction, and conversion outcomes
- Create and enhance audience segmentation for tailored, dynamic interactions
- Design and improve automated paths and workflows for greater operational efficiency
- Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to refine customer experiences and campaign delivery
- Direct testing initiatives including A/B comparisons, control groups, and multi-variable experiments
- Use data and feedback to refine strategies and elevate overall program effectiveness
- Support additional projects and operational needs as required
Qualifications
- At least six years in B2C or direct-to-consumer roles emphasizing CRM, lifecycle, or retention initiatives
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional background
- Demonstrated success in managing extensive campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app features
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Braze, plus skills in HTML and templating languages
- Knowledge of email delivery standards and methods to maximize campaign results
- Expertise in developing segments, automations, and scalable campaign structures
- Background in planning and evaluating tests such as A/B, control, and multivariate variants
- Competence in Google Analytics, business intelligence software, and SQL querying
- Skill in converting high-level plans into actionable specs for technical teams
- Willingness to work hybrid in Chicago, attending the office 2-3 days weekly
