Manage CRM, email, and WhatsApp automations for a growing online pharmacy group, overseeing customer lifecycle journeys across multiple markets using Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business API, and Shopify Flow to drive retention and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Klaviyo account architecture, build and optimize automated email flows like welcome series, post-purchase, and win-back, audit weekly, manage campaign calendar, segment audiences, run A/B tests, and maintain list health with compliance to GDPR and other regulations
  • Operate WhatsApp Business API for broadcasts and automations including order confirmations, reminders, and promotional campaigns, ensure policy compliance, monitor engagement metrics, and collaborate on message formats
  • Build and manage Shopify Flow automations for marketing triggers, integrate with ecommerce operations, connect data to Klaviyo for real-time segments, and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Develop retention strategy to boost repeat purchases, subscriptions, and LTV through win-back campaigns, lifecycle communications, and loyalty frameworks
  • Report on channel performance with weekly/monthly metrics and dashboards in Klaviyo and GA4, translate data into actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and health regulations, maintain opt-in records, suppression lists, and audit processes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on CRM and email marketing with deep Klaviyo expertise in flows, segmentation, and deliverability
  • Proven experience building automated email flows from scratch
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce customer lifecycle and retention
  • Shopify proficiency, including navigation, data understanding, and Flow automations
  • Data-driven approach with analytics skills
  • Solid grasp of GDPR and compliance in regulated industries
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Desirable: Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated products; Shopify Plus and subscription apps like ReCharge; Integrations with third-party tools; HTML/CSS for templates
  • Technology stack: Deep expertise in Klaviyo and WhatsApp Business API required; Preferred: Shopify, GA4
