Manage CRM and marketing automation for PIVOTAL and THE OUT brands at InMotion Ventures 3, focusing on email campaigns, automated journeys, data segmentation, and performance optimization using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Email campaign execution: Own all email sends across both brands, covering transactional and promotional campaigns, manage scheduling, collaborate on design and technical builds.
- Automated journeys: Design and build promotional and transactional email journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, manage and optimize live journeys, own development roadmap, brief and QA technical builds.
- Audience segmentation & data management: Manage email targeting across key segments, extract data from Salesforce CRM and upload as data extensions, coordinate custom segments, maintain data hygiene.
- Push notifications & SMS: Coordinate push notifications for key moments, manage SMS in transactional journeys ensuring accuracy and timing.
- Performance, deliverability & reporting: Produce monthly reports on email metrics, review bounces weekly, monitor deliverability, own CRM performance and reporting.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and data extensions (essential).
- Proven ability to build and manage automated journeys from scratch.
- Comfortable extracting data from Salesforce CRM and managing data extensions.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability including bounce management and issue resolution.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset for producing and interpreting reports with recommendations.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams across two brands.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AMPscript or dynamic content personalisation in SFMC.
- Bonus: Experience managing email across multiple brands in a single SFMC instance.
- Bonus: Understanding of SMS and push notification execution.
