Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of key appeals and stewardship communications across Direct Mail, email marketing, and telemarketing.
  • Collaborate with Supporter Operations and Performance teams to ensure accurate campaign coding, data processes, and effective fulfillment.
  • Establish results monitoring systems to leverage data for optimizing income and engagement outcomes.
  • Implement innovative ’test to learn’ approaches and offer proactive project support across stewardship and income initiatives.
  • Promote equity, inclusion, and safeguarding in all activities while championing WaterAid’s values.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel supporter campaigns, particularly in Direct Mail, Email, and Telemarketing.
  • Strong project management skills, including coordination with creative, print, and fulfillment partners for complex initiatives.
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in tracking and evaluating campaign performance against key performance indicators to inform recommendations.
  • Excellent collaboration and adaptability in navigating diverse team structures and portfolios.
  • Solid grasp of marketing principles, emphasizing supporter journey planning to build loyalty.
