Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of key appeals and stewardship communications across Direct Mail, email marketing, and telemarketing.
- Collaborate with Supporter Operations and Performance teams to ensure accurate campaign coding, data processes, and effective fulfillment.
- Establish results monitoring systems to leverage data for optimizing income and engagement outcomes.
- Implement innovative ’test to learn’ approaches and offer proactive project support across stewardship and income initiatives.
- Promote equity, inclusion, and safeguarding in all activities while championing WaterAid’s values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel supporter campaigns, particularly in Direct Mail, Email, and Telemarketing.
- Strong project management skills, including coordination with creative, print, and fulfillment partners for complex initiatives.
- Data-driven approach with expertise in tracking and evaluating campaign performance against key performance indicators to inform recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration and adaptability in navigating diverse team structures and portfolios.
- Solid grasp of marketing principles, emphasizing supporter journey planning to build loyalty.
