Key Responsibilities

- Supervise client product delivery for paid CRM services, meeting service level agreements
- Boost engagement, conversions, and performance in email, push notifications, and multichannel communications
- Perform campaign optimizations through continuous testing to enhance retention and loyalty
- Generate performance reports against key metrics, analyzing data for strategic insights
- Serve as expert on job-seeker lifecycle, leveraging data for decision-making
- Develop campaign content and coordinate visual elements with the design team
- Handle campaign testing and tracking processes
- Assist the Senior CRM Manager with major initiatives like new channel integrations and journey improvements

Qualifications
- Background in CRM positions within B2C or direct-to-consumer sectors
- Expertise with CRM tools, ideally Braze
