Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee lifecycle automations and campaigns to navigate customers through their journey, emphasizing retention, loyalty, reorders, and lifetime value enhancement.
  • Enhance personalization of communications via email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels for relevance, timeliness, and impact.
  • Leverage data and insights for advanced customer segmentation to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Construct, refine, and expand customer journeys using tools like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze, with ongoing testing and optimization.
  • Monitor marketing automation efficacy and broaden owned channels including SMS and push.
  • Guide email design and messaging standards.
  • Direct, mentor, and develop the team to maintain excellence and support career advancement.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in email and database marketing or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in creating, executing, and evaluating automated multi-touchpoint customer journeys.
  • Minimum 3 years with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Braze certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce.
  • Background in direct response marketing.
  • Understanding of rewards, subscriptions, loyalty flows, and lead nurturing.
  • Analytical prowess with data-driven decision-making and insight communication.
  • Grasp of consumer marketing, segmentation, and multichannel strategies.
  • High organization, detail orientation, presentation abilities, business savvy, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Prior experience leading a small cross-functional team.
  • Health or supplement industry experience advantageous.
  • Humble demeanor prioritizing team needs, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
