Key Responsibilities

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies and strategic roadmaps aligned to client goals and performance history
  • Identify automated flows, campaign strategies, segmentation frameworks, and experimentation plans across email and SMS
  • Evaluate retention program performance and recommend improvements that drive revenue growth
  • Serve as strategic advisor, leading client discussions, presentations, and guidance on best practices
  • Analyze performance data, develop reporting, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Monitor service scope, identify resource risks, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy with execution and ensure program quality
  • Review initiatives for strategic alignment, brand consistency, and optimization opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years managing retention marketing programs for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Experience developing lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, CRM, and loyalty programs
  • Extensive experience with Klaviyo required
  • Strong experience optimizing retention programs and working with Shopify-based brands
  • Proficient in lifecycle marketing analytics and translating data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
