We seek a part-time HubSpot Administrator to optimize our CRM system as the foundation of go-to-market operations, starting with full-time onboarding for initial data cleanup and setup, transitioning to ongoing maintenance for sales, marketing, and success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement best CRM configurations aligned with HubSpot practices, including custom objects and HubDB usage.
  • Identify process friction points and develop system solutions, including AI applications, to streamline sales and marketing.
  • Research and manage third-party integrations from the HubSpot App Marketplace to maintain an efficient tech stack.
  • Create advanced analytics like multi-touch attribution, cohort analysis, and revenue forecasting dashboards.
  • Conduct data cleansing audits for deduplication, validation, and normalization to uphold data integrity.
  • Generate executive insights from data on lead velocity, conversion rates, and churn trends.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for team proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Update and maintain an internal HubSpot Handbook with custom properties and business logic.
  • Promote new HubSpot features through proactive team training.
  • Build workflows for lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation.
  • Develop internal automations for notifications, tasks, and alerts.
  • Oversee user permissions, roles, and security settings.
  • Define and enforce data entry rules to ensure system health and compliance with GDPR.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and sales
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
