We seek a part-time HubSpot Administrator to optimize our CRM system as the foundation of go-to-market operations, starting with full-time onboarding for initial data cleanup and setup, transitioning to ongoing maintenance for sales, marketing, and success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement best CRM configurations aligned with HubSpot practices, including custom objects and HubDB usage.
- Identify process friction points and develop system solutions, including AI applications, to streamline sales and marketing.
- Research and manage third-party integrations from the HubSpot App Marketplace to maintain an efficient tech stack.
- Create advanced analytics like multi-touch attribution, cohort analysis, and revenue forecasting dashboards.
- Conduct data cleansing audits for deduplication, validation, and normalization to uphold data integrity.
- Generate executive insights from data on lead velocity, conversion rates, and churn trends.
- Design and deliver training sessions for team proficiency in HubSpot.
- Update and maintain an internal HubSpot Handbook with custom properties and business logic.
- Promote new HubSpot features through proactive team training.
- Build workflows for lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation.
- Develop internal automations for notifications, tasks, and alerts.
- Oversee user permissions, roles, and security settings.
- Define and enforce data entry rules to ensure system health and compliance with GDPR.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with HubSpot
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Understanding of B2B marketing and sales
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
