The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist manages the full customer lifecycle through CRM channels like email and SMS, prioritizing retention, engagement, and sustained value. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution of campaigns in multiple global markets, optimization of automated customer journeys, and contributions to the international loyalty program to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement lifecycle campaigns via email and SMS, synchronized with the overall marketing schedule
- Execute campaigns in over five international regions, maintaining brand consistency while adapting to local needs
- Design and refine automated customer flows such as onboarding, cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and reactivation efforts
- Enhance campaign effectiveness via ongoing testing and refinements
- Create and update customer segments based on behavioral patterns and RFM analysis
- Provide audience data and targeting support to other marketing initiatives
- Assist in launching and operating the worldwide loyalty initiative
- Handle daily aspects of the program including points systems, membership levels, and incentives
- Spot and pursue ways to boost loyalty participation and involvement
- Evaluate campaign results and deliver practical, data-driven recommendations to the team
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in DTC or ecommerce settings
- Practical proficiency with tools like Klaviyo, Yotpo, or equivalents
- Robust analytical skills to convert data into effective strategies
- Excellent copywriting abilities paired with keen brand and design sensibility
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deep customer focus
- Adaptability to multicultural environments and fast-paced operations
