The Retention & Loyalty Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development of OSEA’s CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, encompassing email, SMS, direct mail, loyalty, and subscription efforts to build stronger customer connections, boost repeat business, and maximize lifetime value in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage owned channels by planning calendars, briefing, and executing email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Design and deploy automated campaigns that align with brand messaging and achieve conversion targets.
- Segment customer lists using behavior, demographics, and preferences for targeted outreach.
- Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance metrics, offering optimizations for messaging and continuous enhancement.
- Direct and refine the subscription program to support acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, partnering with teams to improve offerings and experiences.
- Execute tactics to minimize churn and elevate satisfaction in the subscription program.
- Optimize and manage the Sea Rewards loyalty program, including new reward structures, perks, and incentives to foster engagement and repeat purchases.
- Analyze loyalty data for insights and apply them to boost program participation and effectiveness.
- Create detailed customer journey maps to pinpoint communication opportunities and guide progression from acquisition to advocacy.
- Collaborate across teams for consistent experiences and analyze touchpoints to improve retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing in beauty or CPG sectors.
- Proven experience managing email, SMS, subscription, and loyalty programs.
- Direct mail experience preferred.
- Expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Klaviyo, PostScript, and Post Pilot.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insights.
