Loyalty Campaign Specialist at CrewBloom, Remote in Brazil

The Loyalty Campaign Specialist position involves managing promotional initiatives on a dynamic loyalty platform, including configuration, testing, performance tracking, and providing support to clients and users in a high-energy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform
• Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches
• Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted communications via email and SMS
• Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality and accuracy
• Maintain and update platform configurations as needed
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
• Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users
• Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Comfortable working with technology platforms, data, and system configurations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment
• Experience with customer support and handling technical or platform-related inquiries
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps; Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps capable of supporting work during a power outage
• Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions, with a functioning webcam
• A noise-canceling USB headset
