The HubSpot Administrator role involves overseeing the HubSpot CRM for marketing and sales teams at AsiaVerify, a KYB AI platform, by enhancing data quality and providing insights into the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day HubSpot administration and execution, maintaining pipelines, data models, properties, workflows, automations, and user permissions.
- Maintain high data quality through deduplication, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support marketing campaigns via segments, automation workflows, and tracking.
- Collaborate with sales to optimize lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibility.
- Build and maintain BI dashboards for revenue operations, integrating data from multiple platforms to monitor funnel performance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (2-5 years).
- Background in sales or marketing environments.
- Knowledge of the lead lifecycle (Lead to MQL to SQL to Opportunity to Customer).
- Ease of collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills for creating reports and BI dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
