FIVE19 is hiring a strategic Marketing Specialist to implement client marketing plans, oversee digital campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights in the senior living industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams and partners to develop, implement, and optimize digital and marketing automation campaigns.
- Provide guidance on marketing automation and demonstrate its value to clients.
- Partner with the team to deliver budget-aligned, goal-oriented marketing recommendations annually.
- Evaluate, recommend, and project outcomes for client list purchases.
- Conduct in-depth client data analysis for match-back reports and actionable insights on marketing tactics.
- Recommend and manage campaign and email marketing lists.
- Organize and report analytics and performance metrics for executive presentations.
- Handle client content processes, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Develop customer journeys including retargeting, nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Support additional marketing tasks such as lead capture, scoring, and collateral management.
- Stay updated on relevant marketing, advertising trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in agencies or senior living.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, SEO, and social media.
- Proficiency in extracting data and insights from data management platforms.
- Adaptability to marketplace trends and ability to introduce innovative marketing ideas.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel with robust analytical abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects independently.
- Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and deadline adherence in dynamic settings.
- Creative problem-solving, initiative, and timely decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Occasional willingness for overnight travel.
