Own product-focused lifecycle programs and campaigns across email, push, and SMS channels for guests and operators, driving strategy, execution, and AI-enabled personalization and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution of product-related email, push, and SMS programs including onboarding, booking flows, re-engagement, and transactional touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate lifecycle touchpoints and enable personalization at scale.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on SMS/push data infrastructure, consent flows, list hygiene, suppression logic, and TCPA/10DLC compliance.
  • Partner on migration of existing lifecycle touchpoints and creation of new ones, ensuring product events and data pipelines function correctly.
  • Maintain behavioral audience segments using product event data to drive relevance across guest and host lifecycles.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on creative, timing, sequencing, and copy; apply learnings systematically.
  • Uphold channel hygiene standards for deliverability, segmentation, token logic, and QA.
  • Leverage AI tooling to monitor engagement and performance and drive ongoing optimizations.
  • Work with data analytics to identify lifecycle gaps and shape future program designs.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation with hands-on experience in email, push, and SMS.
  • Experience with Iterable, Braze, or similar ESPs building complex journeys, event triggers, and Liquid logic.
  • Prior experience with SMS data infrastructure including opt-in/opt-out, list hygiene, suppression, 10DLC, and TCPA compliance.
  • Comfortable working across product event streams, CRM, and behavioral analytics without heavy reliance on a data team.
  • Proficient using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Jasper, workflow builders) to increase speed and quality.
  • Strong understanding of product event data, event schemas, trigger logic, and end-to-end QA processes.
  • Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders with a bias toward building scalable systems.
