The CRM Manager will own and drive global CRM strategy and execution across key regions while leading programs that deliver measurable commercial impact in a data-driven and customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM strategy and lead end-to-end delivery of programs across Americas, EMEA, LAC, and APAC
- Translate business goals and customer insights into CRM roadmaps and actionable plans
- Champion a customer-first CRM approach across the organization
- Serve as regional point of contact and escalation for all CRM initiatives
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Implement and scale test & learn frameworks including A/B and multivariate testing
- Continuously optimize journeys, segmentation, and messaging using performance data
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Klaviyo
- Use behavioral, transactional, and preference data to drive advanced personalization
- Partner with technical teams to improve data flows, integrations, and tracking
- Monitor KPIs including engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue and translate insights into action
- Manage and develop CRM team members while fostering growth and high performance
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across marketing, product, and tech
- Act as CRM subject-matter expert promoting best practices and innovation
- Manage relationships with external vendors and CRM/ESP partners
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role owning end-to-end CRM programs
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM or ESP platforms such as Braze or Klaviyo
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience leading teams and working with global stakeholders
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
