Seeking a Senior CRM Executive to lead customer journey initiatives within a high-performing CRM team, partnering with brand, ecommerce, and community functions to deliver cohesive experiences from initial signup through long-term loyalty and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, build, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring brand alignment, accuracy, and performance optimization.
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize automated flows covering welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, win-back, replenishment, and VIP journeys.
- Develop and evolve sign-up forms, pop-ups, and lead capture experiences to grow the subscriber base.
- Write and edit engaging, on-brand copy for emails, SMS, forms, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Map and improve the end-to-end customer experience, identifying friction points and opportunities for nurturing and advocacy.
- Lead the customer reviews programme, driving UGC, monitoring sentiment, and feeding insights back into product, marketing, and CX teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value to refine segmentation, content, and timing.
- Partner cross-functionally with content, design, ecommerce, and brand teams on campaign calendars, product launches, and seasonal moments.
- Mentor junior CRM team members, share best practice, and introduce fresh thinking from emerging CRM and CX trends.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience building and optimizing campaigns, flows, segments, and sign-up forms.
- Proven CRM, lifecycle, or customer marketing experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, tech, or ecommerce.
- Excellent copywriting skills for clear, compelling content across emails, SMS, and customer touchpoints.
- Familiarity with review platforms, UGC tools, and community spaces such as Reddit, with strong customer insight instincts.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Experience leading segmentation, A/B testing, and personalisation strategies.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members in a collaborative culture.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills for managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Basic HTML understanding is advantageous.
