Join a leading provider of managed internet solutions to lead and expand Customer Marketing efforts across EMEA, focusing on strategies that boost customer value, retention, growth, and engagement throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives to increase share of wallet.
  • Own customer lifecycle marketing programs covering onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.
  • Design and deliver customer advocacy programs including case studies, testimonials, references, reviews, and awards.
  • Create and manage customer communications, campaigns, and enablement content across key touchpoints.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities.
  • Lead customer-focused events, webinars, user groups, and communities to enhance engagement.
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeted messaging based on use case, industry, and lifecycle stage.
  • Track and report on customer marketing performance metrics such as engagement, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Support customer onboarding and enablement with relevant content and best-practice programs.
  • Conduct customer insights, voice-of-customer analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or B2B SaaS/technology marketing.
  • Driven to increase customer NPS and share of wallet.
  • Social media savvy with an active LinkedIn profile.
  • Expertise in leveraging AI for content creation, automation, and innovative tool use.
  • Experience building or scaling a Customer Marketing function preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle, retention, expansion, and advocacy strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into effective marketing programs.
  • Experience developing compelling customer content and storytelling assets.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and 6Sense, and CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Business degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytically minded.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for customer events and meetings.
