Mention Me seeks a pioneering Customer Marketing Specialist to establish and lead a new customer marketing team, focusing on driving expansion revenue, enhancing product adoption, preventing churn, and fostering advocacy among B2B SaaS clients in the referral marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop upsell and cross-sell campaigns targeting underutilized products to increase ARR from existing customers.
- Create automated nurture sequences in HubSpot based on usage signals, feature interest, and customer lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to synchronize campaigns with renewals and account health.
- Design post-sale onboarding programs to achieve quick value realization within 90 days for new customers.
- Produce feature enablement content to boost utilization of paid modules and reduce churn risk.
- Establish early warning segments for at-risk accounts and execute intervention campaigns with targeted communications.
- Manage case study production, review programs on G2 and Trustpilot, and develop advocacy initiatives for customer promoters.
- Oversee customer newsletters, product updates, event programs, and segmented communications tailored to customer segments.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years in customer, lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Essential expertise in HubSpot for workflows, sequences, segmentation, and automation.
- Demonstrated success in generating expansion revenue, improving adoption, or lowering churn via campaigns.
- Prior experience launching or scaling customer marketing programs from inception.
- Proficiency in data analysis for segment building, metric evaluation, and linking campaigns to business results.
- Strong collaboration with Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales teams.
- Commercial orientation focused on ARR growth, expansion, and retention over mere engagement.
- Builder mindset enthusiastic about creating functions without predefined processes.
- Excellent written communication for emails, case studies, and campaign content.
- Analytical and organized approach to justifying, measuring, and reporting campaign outcomes.
- Proactive teamwork across departments like CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen.
- Nice to have: Background in eCommerce, DTC, or martech for retail; Salesforce familiarity; Review platform management; Customer health or churn modeling experience.
