As a Marketing Manager focused on reactive content, CRM, and product, you will lead the creation and execution of weekly content strategies, manage CRM campaigns, develop product marketing initiatives, and collaborate across teams to enhance customer engagement and performance metrics at Lyst, a leading global fashion platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the weekly reactive content plan in partnership with social, visual merchandising, and editorial teams across various channels
- Execute CRM strategies for the content plan, collaborating with the CRM executive on campaign development
- Partner with the CRM product team to improve future campaign outcomes
- Create and manage the product marketing calendar and briefs to highlight key aspects of the evolving digital platform
- Analyze and report on email and push notification performance, covering metrics like click-through rates, revenue, member acquisition, and retention
- Collaborate with marketing and product engineering teams to build audience segments and explore new CRM channels
- Work closely with product engineering to stay informed on on-site and in-app developments and align marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in managing marketing plans for brands, with emphasis on email and push notifications
- Proven experience in handling CRM initiatives for app and web platforms
- Strong ability to navigate matrix organizations and engage multiple stakeholders in product, marketing, and creative functions
- Familiarity with UK and US fashion markets is advantageous but not required
- Background in collaborating with innovative in-house product teams for web and app development
- Experience utilizing data platforms like Braze, Adjust, and Snowflake
