Mid-senior marketing manager driving reactive weekly content, CRM campaigns and product collaboration to deliver timely trend-led messaging across email, push and owned channels for a global fashion platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the weekly reactive marketing plan and coordinate execution with social, VM and editorial teams across all channels
  • Define editorial angles and ownable conversation topics for Lyst to engage audiences consistently
  • Execute detailed CRM campaigns working alongside the CRM executive, aligned to the reactive plan
  • Partner with CRM product teams to optimise future campaign performance and roadmap priorities
  • Report on email and push metrics including CTR, revenue, member acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams to develop audience segments and new CRM channel strategies
  • Maintain fluency with the on-site and in-app product roadmap through regular engagement with engineering teams

Qualifications

  • Solid experience managing brand marketing plans including email and push channels
  • Proven track record running app and web-focused CRM initiatives
  • Ability to operate in a matrix organisation with stakeholders across product, marketing and creative functions
  • Experience working directly with in-house web and app product teams
  • Hands-on knowledge of data and CRM platforms such as Braze, Adjust and Snowflake
  • Familiarity with UK and US fashion markets is advantageous
