Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns and email marketing aligned to regulatory standards
  • Act as SME for CRM/email platforms and analyse performance to drive improvements
  • Create and manage engaging content across websites, email and social channels
  • Maintain websites and LinkedIn presence while tracking performance via Google Analytics and similar tools
  • Update marketing collateral, develop launch materials and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer needs to support business growth

Qualifications

  • Broad marketing experience across digital, content and campaign delivery
  • Proven management of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or Mailchimp
  • Experience in website management and performance tracking
  • Strong copywriting skills across multiple audiences and channels
  • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Competent using Google Analytics and other marketing tools; able to leverage AI for content and optimisation
  • GCSE Grade A–C or A Levels (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication, planning, prioritisation and commercial awareness
