Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the promotional schedule for US and rest-of-world regions via email, push notifications, and newsletters, maintaining a balanced and reliable campaign delivery.
- Develop, implement, and manage CRM communications for US and international audiences, encompassing planning, briefing, timing, launch, and evaluation.
- Assist in executing focused campaigns, such as those for Student Beans and ad-hoc initiatives, to boost user interaction and business results.
- Direct the US CRM experimentation strategy, conducting A/B tests and disseminating key findings, lessons, and suggestions to the team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in CRM positions in consumer-facing sectors like e-commerce, retail, subscriptions, or marketplaces.
- Track record of overseeing and fulfilling CRM marketing schedules.
- Practical expertise in designing and running A/B testing initiatives with a focus on data-informed enhancements.
- Proficiency with email service providers such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp for campaign creation, execution, and reporting.
- Skill in evaluating campaign outcomes and converting data into practical optimizations.
