Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels for Virgin Red and the Virgin Customer Engagement Platform to deliver timely, relevant, on-brand communications that boost member engagement, transactions, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of BAU and in-life CRM campaigns across email, push and in-app messaging.
  • Translate campaign plans and briefs into clear CRM requirements and customer journeys.
  • Define and track CRM campaign success metrics aligned to engagement and commercial objectives.
  • Optimise end-to-end CRM journeys to improve engagement, conversion and customer value.
  • Ensure all CRM activity is on-brand, compliant and aligned to contact strategy and governance.
  • Lead the Virgin Customer Engagement Platform channel strategy and approach for group-consented communications, working closely with Virgin companies to drive brand consideration and customer value.
  • Partner with Data Analytics to report on performance, generate insights and feed learnings back into future planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering CRM campaigns end-to-end across email, push and in-app channels.
  • Hands-on experience using Braze to build, launch and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns to deadline and quality standards.
  • Confidence translating marketing briefs into structured customer journeys and clear requirements.
  • A data-led mindset, comfortable working with performance metrics to optimise campaigns and journeys.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, data and operational teams to deliver high-quality communications.
  • A solid understanding of compliance, consent and contact strategy within CRM.
