Own the transformation of a basic broadcast email CRM into a measurable, omnichannel CVM function driving incremental revenue for a US-focused B2C subscription business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive registration-to-purchase conversion via triggered sequences (post-quiz, paywall abandonment, onboarding) across email, SMS, and web push.
- Differentiate renewal and cancellation flows by plan tier and build pre-cancel intervention sequences.
- Launch a reactivation engine for churned users using email and SMS, personalized by cancel reason and tenure.
- Develop CRM-driven add-on monetization paths for premium products.
- Migrate the ESP to an enterprise omnichannel platform, establish SMS as a first-class channel, introduce web push, and maintain deliverability.
- Implement holdout-based measurement to report incremental revenue on every flow.
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on CVM/lifecycle experience on the US B2C subscription market (non-negotiable).
- 5+ years total in CRM/lifecycle/CVM with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform (Maestra preferred; Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Klaviyo acceptable).
- Proven track record launching and operating SMS in the US, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC compliance.
- Experience launching web push and measuring its incremental lift.
- SQL proficiency for segmentation and data validation.
- Subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, retention curves, cohorts, and incremental revenue via holdouts.
