Filtronic is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance digital marketing operations across web platforms, CRM systems, and social media, focusing on executing targeted campaigns to boost lead generation and brand awareness in a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine CRM operations using HubSpot for marketing automation, including campaign development, lead nurturing, scoring, data management, and GDPR adherence while partnering with business development for pipeline support
• Handle website maintenance, content updates, landing page creation, and optimization efforts to enhance user experience, SEO, and conversion rates, collaborating with teams and agencies for improvements
• Develop and implement content strategies for LinkedIn and other B2B social channels to promote brand visibility and thought leadership, managing calendars and optimizing paid and organic efforts
• Assist in crafting and deploying ABM campaigns with multi-channel approaches including email, web, and social, monitoring engagement to drive pipeline advancement
• Generate performance reports for campaigns and channels, leveraging analytics to enhance ROI and guide strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Proven background in B2B digital marketing positions
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot
• Practical expertise in website administration using WordPress and running digital campaigns
• Familiarity with managing social media in B2B settings
• Robust analytical abilities to translate data into actionable outcomes
