Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage Victor’s CRM software (Salesforce) as the primary repository for customer data, ensuring precision and uniformity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to implement CRM improvements that support impactful campaigns.
- Uphold data integrity in Salesforce and Braze to maintain a reliable, organized database suitable for marketing efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and CRM advancements, including participation in key Salesforce events in London.
- Examine customer behaviors and CRM interactions to pinpoint valuable segments and personalize communications.
- Develop audience groups and cohorts, delivering tailored messages for precise marketing outreach.
- Coordinate campaigns with the Senior Brand Editor, Head of Partnership, and global Sales and Customer Service teams, ensuring seamless integration and commercial alignment.
- Incorporate feedback from Sales to adjust targeting, content, and campaign focuses.
- Utilize data insights, trends, and innovative ideas to suggest fresh campaigns and revenue opportunities.
- Apply AI tools to streamline cohort building and campaign operations.
