Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage daily operations and automations within the Braze platform
- Ensure timely delivery of client products and paid CRM services in line with service level agreements
- Boost engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push notifications, and multi-channel communications
- Implement ongoing campaign optimizations using a test-and-learn methodology to enhance retention, engagement, and user loyalty
- Generate performance reports by evaluating data against key performance indicators and forecasts to derive actionable insights
- Act as the primary expert on the job-seeker customer lifecycle, leveraging data for strategic decision-making
- Create campaign content and coordinate visual assets in collaboration with the design team via creative briefs
- Direct all aspects of campaign testing and performance monitoring
- Assist the Senior CRM Manager with major initiatives, including new channel integrations and user journey enhancements
- Partner with broader marketing teams to align CRM efforts with overarching promotional strategies
- Provide support to the B2B email team by sharing best practices and offering coverage during absences
