As a Junior CRM Digital Executive, you will support the creation and delivery of customer communications across email, SMS and blog platforms, blending creative copywriting with visual design to strengthen brand engagement and drive performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CRM Manager and Executive in planning and executing customer communications across CRM channels.
- Create compelling email campaigns, SMS messages and blog content that reflect a premium brand tone and identity.
- Design creative assets for CRM initiatives while maintaining consistent brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- Analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and insights that inform future creative and content strategies.
- Contribute testing ideas for subject lines, messaging and creative concepts to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with brand, social and trading teams to ensure messaging and assets are aligned and commercially effective.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of email campaigns across devices and platforms for seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Confident using Figma or equivalent design tools to produce visually engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Minimum 12 months’ experience with CRM, ESP or CDP platforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Exceptional written communication and creative copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally.
