Paid summer internship at the American Hotel & Lodging Association, supporting membership and marketing efforts through website maintenance, database management, and administrative tasks in a hybrid D.C.-based program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support website manager with audits, content reviews, update identification, and cross-team collaboration for improvements
- Research and input prospect data into the Nimble database for the membership team
- Compile and add corporate member data into the Nimble database
- Update portfolios
- Perform data cleanup tasks
- Maintain committee rosters
- Update information from bounce-backs
- Handle membership inbox assistance
- Prepare materials for committees and events
- Revise and create presentation decks
- Develop one-pagers and update resources
Qualifications
- Rising junior, rising senior, or graduate student
- Available for 10-12 weeks starting after June 8, 2026
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong interest in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
