Blue Nile, a digital brand of Signet Jewelers, is looking for a Customer Data Strategy Intern to aid in advancing the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and support the CRM team in optimizing customer data activation for enhanced personalization and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform 1st Party Data Assessment by examining current data collection, identifying gaps, and analyzing their impact on personalization, culminating in a presentation of findings.
- Conduct Competitive Benchmarking Analysis by researching how peers utilize CDPs for acquisition and retention, proposing strategic improvements, and presenting recommendations.
- Assist in integrating new marketing channels with the CDP.
- Facilitate connections between showrooms and CDP data to improve insights, personalization, and conversions.
- Contribute to the optimization of CDP-supported initiatives.
Qualifications
- Passion for data-driven marketing, customer analytics, predictive analytics, and marketing technology.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Quick learner of new tools, platforms, and technical concepts.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, CDPs, or digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying data insights to stakeholders.
- Self-starter with organizational skills and ease in team settings.
- SQL experience preferred but not essential.
