Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of multi-channel campaigns via digital, social, events, and email to attract veterinarians and students
  • Grow and maintain veterinarian and student database in CRM
  • Identify opportunities to connect with prospects and nurture relationships across markets
  • Build and refine veterinarian-focused content strategy and messaging for better engagement
  • Create and execute nurture programs guiding candidates from awareness to application
  • Represent company at conferences and events, staff booths, capture leads, and follow up in CRM
  • Maintain branded career and recruitment pages, including copywriting and asset management
  • Monitor CRM analytics and KPIs to provide optimization insights
  • Support recruiting platforms for lead capture and CRM logging
  • Assist with educational marketing campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation
  • Leverage modern methods to enhance efficiency, scale outreach, and personalize engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or recruiting experience
  • Hands-on CRM/ATS experience for managing targeted campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creating marketing assets
  • Strong writing and editing skills adhering to brand voice for emails, social, and events
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to own projects from planning to execution, such as email campaigns or webinars
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging technology, including piloting AI tools
  • Comfort with data analysis for metrics review and iteration
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% for conferences and events
