Dynamic role focused on leading multi-channel recruitment campaigns to attract veterinarians and students for a veterinary hospice organization, emphasizing CRM management, content strategy, and event representation to build talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of multi-channel campaigns via digital, social, events, and email to attract veterinarians and students
- Grow and maintain veterinarian and student database in CRM
- Identify opportunities to connect with prospects and nurture relationships across markets
- Build and refine veterinarian-focused content strategy and messaging for better engagement
- Create and execute nurture programs guiding candidates from awareness to application
- Represent company at conferences and events, staff booths, capture leads, and follow up in CRM
- Maintain branded career and recruitment pages, including copywriting and asset management
- Monitor CRM analytics and KPIs to provide optimization insights
- Support recruiting platforms for lead capture and CRM logging
- Assist with educational marketing campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation
- Leverage modern methods to enhance efficiency, scale outreach, and personalize engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or recruiting experience
- Hands-on CRM/ATS experience for managing targeted campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creating marketing assets
- Strong writing and editing skills adhering to brand voice for emails, social, and events
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Ability to own projects from planning to execution, such as email campaigns or webinars
- Demonstrated interest in emerging technology, including piloting AI tools
- Comfort with data analysis for metrics review and iteration
- Willingness to travel 10-15% for conferences and events
