The Retention Marketing Coordinator manages daily operations for Stio’s retention campaigns across email, SMS, and supporting channels. This position works within Klaviyo and data insights to create and launch programs, track results, and refine strategies that enhance customer engagement and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo following the retention calendar
  • Maintain and optimize automated lifecycle flows such as welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and browse abandonment sequences
  • Manage segmentation lists and dynamic audiences to support precise targeting
  • Conduct pre-send QA checks including rendering verification, link testing, and segment validation
  • Support A/B test design, monitoring, and documentation of results
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports covering open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue, and unsubscribe metrics
  • Monitor Klaviyo flow and campaign performance while identifying anomalies or growth opportunities
  • Support cross-channel reporting using GA4 and Excel with cohort and segment analysis
  • Assist in building and maintaining retention dashboards and performance trackers
  • Coordinate campaign briefs and asset trafficking between retention, creative, and brand teams
  • Support catalog and paid remarketing initiatives by providing audience builds and list pulls
  • Maintain the retention marketing calendar and ensure correct in-platform scheduling
  • Identify opportunities to improve flow logic, segmentation, and send cadence based on performance data
  • Document test setups, results, and learnings in a structured testing log

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing with ecommerce experience preferred
  • High proficiency in Klaviyo required for independent email, flow, list, and segment management
  • Working knowledge of retention marketing across email, SMS, catalog, paid remarketing, and affiliate channels
  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel and experience with GA4
  • High attention to detail in QA, scheduling, and data accuracy
  • Ability to work with data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns concurrently
  • Genuine interest in customer behavior, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy
