Entry-level support role focused on the coordination, building and delivery of retention-focused email and lifecycle campaigns to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own email calendar execution including build, testing and scheduling to ensure on-time deployment
  • Provide operational support for broader initiatives such as product launches, automated journeys and SMS/direct mail campaigns
  • Coordinate creative assets and project timelines with the creative team using Asana
  • Support regular performance reporting on metrics including open rates, click-through rates and unsubscribes
  • Conduct market and competitor research to generate new ideas in beauty and lifecycle marketing
  • Research and apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency in copy, subject-line and campaign ideation

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of retention and email marketing; premium beauty or DTC experience advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to handle both daily tasks and longer-term projects
  • Comfortable with data and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking
  • Exceptional attention to detail ensuring error-free email execution and link tracking
  • Collaborative communicator able to work cross-functionally
  • Adaptable with a growth mindset and willingness to seek guidance when needed
  • Tech-savvy with genuine interest in using AI tools to boost productivity
