Support delegate acquisition for high-profile climate events by managing outreach, registration, and audience engagement to connect senior stakeholders from business, policy, and finance with the organisation’s global sustainability network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted audience acquisition campaigns across email, LinkedIn, CRM, and partner channels to drive qualified delegate registration.
  • Support planning and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns, using data to improve performance and VIP conversion rates.
  • Manage the registration journey including invitations, RSVP tracking, confirmations, and pre-event communications.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, analyse trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Segment and maintain delegate data in CRM systems for effective targeting and reporting.
  • Create and schedule audience communications such as invitations, reminders, and pre-event content.
  • Track and report engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and commercial teams to align targeting with event positioning.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and delegate communications professionally.
  • Support delegate onboarding onto event platforms to boost engagement.
  • Contribute to post-campaign and post-event analysis and insights.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and climate topics.
  • Audience acquisition experience desirable.
  • Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for sustainability and mission-led work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient CRM skills; knowledge of event registration platforms desirable.
  • Confident telephone communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in climate change or purpose-driven organisations.
