Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full production process for email campaigns and automated flows
  • Build emails using ESPs like Klaviyo
  • Write on-brand copy and create briefs for design team
  • Conduct QA on content and logic, then schedule deployments
  • Maintain monthly content calendar and drive client timelines
  • Support strategist with performance data analysis and recommendations
  • Build automated workflows, segmentation, and list logic
  • Maintain list hygiene and work with Shopify apps such as Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, JustUno, and Privy

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in retention marketing across email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty programs
  • Hands-on experience with Email Service Platforms, preferably Klaviyo
  • Strong copywriting skills for DTC e-commerce, adaptable to client brands
  • Solid understanding of email analytics and translating insights into strategy
  • Clear grasp of marketing campaigns versus automated flows
  • Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral and transactional data
  • Experience with Shopify or supporting Shopify-based clients
  • Proactive, organized approach with ability to think through customer journey in a fast-paced team
