Key Responsibilities
- Manage full production process for email campaigns and automated flows
- Build emails using ESPs like Klaviyo
- Write on-brand copy and create briefs for design team
- Conduct QA on content and logic, then schedule deployments
- Maintain monthly content calendar and drive client timelines
- Support strategist with performance data analysis and recommendations
- Build automated workflows, segmentation, and list logic
- Maintain list hygiene and work with Shopify apps such as Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, JustUno, and Privy
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in retention marketing across email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty programs
- Hands-on experience with Email Service Platforms, preferably Klaviyo
- Strong copywriting skills for DTC e-commerce, adaptable to client brands
- Solid understanding of email analytics and translating insights into strategy
- Clear grasp of marketing campaigns versus automated flows
- Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral and transactional data
- Experience with Shopify or supporting Shopify-based clients
- Proactive, organized approach with ability to think through customer journey in a fast-paced team
