JustPark seeks a Director of Lifecycle Marketing on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the UK consumer lifecycle strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the role owns the vision, roadmap, and execution of engagement, retention, and growth initiatives across onboarding through long-term value expansion for the driver base.
Key Responsibilities
- Define UK consumer lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap, partnering with channel teams on campaign and automated journey execution.
- Design upsell and cross-sell programs that migrate customers between On Demand, Reservations, and subscriptions using behavioural triggers and incentives.
- Own CLTV as a core KPI, building retention, re-engagement, and habitual-usage programmes to reduce churn and grow monthly active drivers.
- Lead channel strategy for email, app push, in-app messaging and paid media, ensuring coordinated sequencing and mobile-first engagement.
- Define audience segmentation using CDP and data tools, run A/B and multivariate testing, and maintain GDPR-compliant data governance.
- Collaborate with analytics to build performance dashboards, report to the CMO on KPIs, and use data to shape programme decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with paid media, product, brand, and analytics teams to align lifecycle activity with commercial priorities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with a track record of measurable business impact.
- Director-level experience setting strategy and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Background in marketplace or platform businesses, ideally travel, hospitality, mobility, or similar consumer-facing environments.
- Proven success driving upsell, cross-sell, and repeat utilisation outcomes.
- Deep expertise in app-based communication (push, in-app) plus strong knowledge of email, paid media, and CRM orchestration.
- Advanced audience segmentation experience using CDPs and data pipelines; hands-on with CEP/CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo.
- Strong testing, analytics, and reporting skills, including dashboard design and results interpretation.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and cross-functional collaboration.
