Lead content and campaign strategy for a remote enterprise WordPress agency, owning publishing output to generate inbound leads, raise ICP engagement, and equip sales teams with high-quality assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the publishing calendar across all channels
- Create thought leadership, case studies, social posts, email newsletters, and sales enablement assets
- Track and report on marketing and funnel metrics
- Uphold editorial standards and manage freelancers and external specialists
- Lead SEO and GEO strategy and execution
- Manage social media channels including planning, posting, community engagement, and follower growth
- Maintain and optimise website content aligned with commercial priorities
- Run the email newsletter programme from planning through to reporting
- Partner with sales to produce and maintain sales enablement and account-specific content
- Own lead scoring and prospect-related CRM initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience owning content strategy from planning through to measurement and iteration
- Strong editorial skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM, WordPress or equivalent CMS, and Google Analytics
- Confidence using AI tools to improve workflows
- Commercial mindset focused on pipeline growth
- Experience managing freelancers and external partners
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team
