Lead REE Medical’s internal multimedia design function, producing agency-quality video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital assets to support all marketing channels while maintaining brand standards and cost-efficient in-house delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development and production of video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital assets across social, web, email, events, and partnership channels.
  • Lead long- and short-form video production including brand storytelling, testimonials, educational content, and event coverage.
  • Create motion-graphics assets for paid media, organic social, web, and partnership activations.
  • Design event collateral, partnership materials, sales enablement, and community-outreach assets while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Partner with Senior Content & Brand Manager and Senior Growth Marketing Manager on creative direction, editorial planning, landing-page assets, and lifecycle email.
  • Review external creative work for brand adherence and production quality; maintain and evolve the brand asset library and version control.
  • Ensure all visual and motion content is culturally respectful to veterans and aligned with VA-disability-claim realities.
  • Lead photography shoots and post-production; manage external photographer relationships when needed.
  • Remain current on design trends, software, and platform best practices; recommend tools that improve quality and efficiency.
  • Model ethical, brand-disciplined creative practice and support knowledge-sharing across the growing marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 7+ years of multimedia design experience with full ownership of video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating agency-quality work produced in an in-house environment across multiple disciplines.
  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Figma or equivalent UX/UI tools.
  • End-to-end video and motion production experience: concepting, shoot direction, editing, motion design, sound mixing, and delivery.
  • Proven ability to apply brand standards across channels and leverage performance data to refine creative output.
  • Self-starter with strong project-management discipline; able to run multiple concurrent projects to deadline without supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating concepts to non-creative stakeholders and presenting to leadership.
  • Hands-on DSLR/mirrorless photography experience and post-production editing (event, portrait, product) a plus.
  • Experience in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-adjacent marketing categories a plus.
  • Empathy for and understanding of the veteran community; veteran or military-affiliated candidates strongly encouraged.
