RemotePass, a leading global fintech and workforce management platform, is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to lead and execute their comprehensive content strategy. This role involves crafting distinctive narratives on complex topics, developing the editorial roadmap, and producing diverse content formats including SEO-optimized long-form pieces, ad copy, landing pages, and research reports to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the content roadmap, pillars, and editorial calendar
  • Write long-form SEO content including pillar pages, guides, blog series, and thought leadership
  • Produce ad copy for performance campaigns and copy for landing pages and website
  • Run half-yearly research reports end-to-end, covering data gathering, synthesis, angle development, final asset creation, and derivative materials like lead magnets, blog posts, and outbound proof points
  • Build and continuously improve AI-powered content workflows to increase production without compromising quality
  • Work closely with the Growth PM, designer, and social media lead

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles in B2B
  • A portfolio demonstrating range: long-form content that ranks and reads well, plus short-form copy that converts
  • Strong understanding of SEO content principles such as search intent, on-page structure, and internal linking
  • Proven experience building and owning a content roadmap independently
  • Produced data-driven research projects end-to-end, including data collection, angles, and derivative content plans
  • Genuinely comfortable with AI-assisted content production, having built workflows beyond basic prompting
  • Sharp editorial judgment to determine when to apply deep craft versus efficient, good-enough delivery
  • Collaborative by default, working effectively across SEO, design, social, and leadership without rigid processes
  • HR Tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console (preferred)
  • Experience with multi-market or localised content strategies (preferred)
