Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-form content from start to finish, including 6-minute deep dives and 40-minute case studies.
- Shape story arcs, design motion graphics, manage pacing, and handle color grading, sound design, and other production details.
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Show Host to transform raw materials into polished, viewer-captivating pieces.
- Incorporate AI-generated elements, such as B-roll and animations, ensuring tasteful and professional quality.
- Publish two long-form content pieces weekly, adapting to evolving tools and formats.
Qualifications
- Deep passion for visual storytelling, including analysis of documentaries, video cuts, animations, and sound design.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Higgs Field, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing platform, with capabilities in motion graphics, animation, color grading, and sound design.
- Self-directed creativity to innovate beyond briefs and deliver unexpected, superior results.
- Adaptability to rapid changes in tools, formats, and platforms, working 3-5x faster than traditional teams.
- Strong taste and opinions on creative elements like font kerning, with a collaborative and kind demeanor.
