The Website UX/UI & Content Manager will oversee user experience, interface design, and content strategy for TP-Link’s key websites, driving quality improvements, redesign initiatives, and brand alignment to boost customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct UX/UI standards for TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa sites, including layouts, interactions, navigation, and cross-site uniformity.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and specifications to direct development teams on design and functionality.
  • Manage comprehensive website redesigns, encompassing scope, information architecture, strategy, and implementation.
  • Evaluate and approve external agency outputs to align with brand guidelines, usability, and goals.
  • Maintain visual and content consistency through adherence to guidelines, voice standards, components, and structures.
  • Handle updates to site content such as product details, promotions, landing pages, and support materials.
  • Perform UX assessments, track user behaviors, and analyze data to pinpoint issues and enhancement opportunities.
  • Track performance and engagement indicators to generate insights and recommendations for better user interaction, content impact, and conversion flows.
  • Update and refine documentation on UX standards, component rules, content policies, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI, HCI, digital media, information systems, or comparable experience.
  • 4-7+ years in web UX/UI design or digital content oversight, with a portfolio demonstrating desktop/mobile projects, redesigns, landing pages, UX enhancements, and design systems.
  • Expertise in managing large consumer websites across multiple brands.
  • Direct involvement in major website redesigns or rebuilds.
  • Proficiency in visual design elements like typography, layout, spacing, colors, and contemporary interactions.
  • Knowledge of mobile-first responsive design for optimal experiences on various devices.
  • Skill in analyzing web analytics (e.g., GA4, funnels, CTR, scroll depth) to guide UX and content strategies.
  • Advanced Figma usage for wireframing, flows, and reviews.
  • Collaboration with external agencies in UX, design, and development.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Contentful.
  • Strong writing and editing for digital customer content.
  • Capability to handle complex multi-brand sites and diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Background in consumer electronics or tech; basic HTML/CSS knowledge; SEO or performance basics; design systems or multi-brand experience.
