This position involves crafting and animating compelling visual materials, such as motion graphics and videos, while upholding brand standards and partnering with diverse teams to amplify creative impact across online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee video projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Design storyboards, style frames, and animations to convey concepts clearly.
- Capture professional-grade photos and video footage.
- Produce top-tier motion graphics and animations for marketing efforts, product introductions, brand stories, web elements, and branding efforts.
- Ensure uniform visual brand identity across digital interaction points.
- Uphold rigorous standards for creativity and advance innovative concepts.
- Maintain organized project files and records for streamlined processes and reference.
- Partner with design, marketing, and other team members.
- Keep abreast of advancements in motion design, video narratives, and new technologies to enhance TP-Link’s creative work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 6 years of experience in post-production settings.
- Robust portfolio highlighting motion design expertise (portfolio link mandatory with application).
- Strong creativity and skills in innovative problem resolution.
- Expertise in current motion design software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Figma.
- Capacity to handle several projects at once.
- Superior communication and teamwork abilities.
- Pre-production and production experience preferred.
- Familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema4D and Blender is advantageous.
