Hands-on Senior B2B Marketing Manager position focused on executing the US marketing plan, driving demand generation, building brand visibility and optimizing channel performance within key verticals including Sports & Entertainment, Universities, CRE and Municipalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own demand generation and content strategy including thought leadership for owned channels, LinkedIn management, blog oversight and SEO optimization with web and email channel partners.
- Manage end-to-end US industry conferences and events, handling budget, logistics, swag, travel, agency coordination and ROI tracking across parking, university, sports and regional shows.
- Execute sponsorships for pro sports teams and venues while briefing brand team on creative assets to maintain on-brand activation.
- Deliver account engagement programs in partnership with Account Management and CRM teams through newsletters, lunch & learns, webinars and targeted cross-sell communications.
- Collaborate daily with US commercial team, attend sales meetings, manage inbound requests and maintain sales enablement resources aligned to business priorities.
- Track B2B KPIs including MQL volume, content engagement, paid campaign performance and events ROI while implementing structured testing to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, tech or venue/hospitality industries.
- Proven track record managing conferences and events end-to-end with budget ownership and agency coordination.
- Hands-on experience managing email campaigns, LinkedIn content, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to brand and design consistency.
- Experience briefing and managing external agencies and freelancers for fast-paced content delivery.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in demand generation metrics and reporting frameworks for senior stakeholders.
