The Senior Copywriter serves as the primary voice for ProCaps Laboratories, crafting persuasive, science-grounded copy that supports direct-response marketing across every consumer channel while upholding regulatory standards and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all consumer-facing copy for labels, website, Amazon, email, SMS, and social media
- Write direct-response copy for campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels that drives measurable action
- Translate complex supplement science into clear, compliant consumer language
- Consistently apply the ProCaps founder voice across all channels and partner with leadership on voice adherence
- Develop newsletter, blog, and educational content that builds trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with compliance on regulatory claims and review cycles
- Coordinate with creative, design, and digital teams to align copy and visuals
- Use AI tools to accelerate drafts while maintaining editorial standards and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of copywriting experience with a multi-channel marketing portfolio
- Direct experience writing for dietary supplements or health and wellness brands
- Proven track record delivering direct-response copy that produces measurable conversions
- Proficiency with AI writing tools and strong editorial oversight of AI-assisted content
- Familiarity with email platforms, CMS systems, and digital workflows
- Strong proofreading, editing, and attention-to-detail skills
- Preferred: nutraceutical label and regulatory review experience, direct-response frameworks, nutritional science background, founder-led brand experience
