Bauer Media Outdoor seeks a Senior Webflow Developer to lead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of engaging digital web platforms, blending UX/UI expertise with marketing strategies to support brand campaigns and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of websites and landing pages via Webflow, converting concepts and prototypes into responsive, high-performing experiences
- Promote standards for user experience, accessibility, and site optimization while updating design systems and templates
- Collaborate with the Web and Marketing Operations Manager to drive website improvements and expansion
- Develop UI elements, layouts, and graphics that adhere to brand standards and maintain channel-wide consistency
- Partner with creative and brand teams for prototyping, iterations based on feedback, and data-driven refinements
- Create and oversee interactive elements using Webflow and Ceros, providing templates for marketing self-service
- Facilitate swift digital support for campaign rollouts and integrate web features to boost leads and engagement
- Assist in analytics setup, conversion enhancements, content management, and documentation protocols
- Serve as Webflow administrator for CMS, access controls, and standards; assess tools for better efficiency
- Coordinate with external vendors or specialists as needed
Qualifications
- Extensive practical expertise in Webflow for both design and implementation
- Firm foundation in UX/UI design fundamentals
- Proven track record in building responsive and accessible online interfaces
- Ability to collaborate effectively among design, development, and marketing groups
- Knowledge of Ceros or comparable interactive platforms (desirable)
- Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design software (desirable)
- Elementary knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development practices (desirable)
- Background in aiding marketing initiatives and content management (desirable)
