Bauer Media Outdoor seeks a Senior Webflow Developer to lead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of engaging digital web platforms, blending UX/UI expertise with marketing strategies to support brand campaigns and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of websites and landing pages via Webflow, converting concepts and prototypes into responsive, high-performing experiences
  • Promote standards for user experience, accessibility, and site optimization while updating design systems and templates
  • Collaborate with the Web and Marketing Operations Manager to drive website improvements and expansion
  • Develop UI elements, layouts, and graphics that adhere to brand standards and maintain channel-wide consistency
  • Partner with creative and brand teams for prototyping, iterations based on feedback, and data-driven refinements
  • Create and oversee interactive elements using Webflow and Ceros, providing templates for marketing self-service
  • Facilitate swift digital support for campaign rollouts and integrate web features to boost leads and engagement
  • Assist in analytics setup, conversion enhancements, content management, and documentation protocols
  • Serve as Webflow administrator for CMS, access controls, and standards; assess tools for better efficiency
  • Coordinate with external vendors or specialists as needed

Qualifications

  • Extensive practical expertise in Webflow for both design and implementation
  • Firm foundation in UX/UI design fundamentals
  • Proven track record in building responsive and accessible online interfaces
  • Ability to collaborate effectively among design, development, and marketing groups
  • Knowledge of Ceros or comparable interactive platforms (desirable)
  • Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design software (desirable)
  • Elementary knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development practices (desirable)
  • Background in aiding marketing initiatives and content management (desirable)
