Drive the creation of compelling short-form videos, podcasts, CEO branding materials, and ad creatives to propel growth for online pharmacies in health and technology, operating across UK, EU, US, and GCC markets with a bold, science-informed voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce 5-7 weekly short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for two brands, handling concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, and scheduling while adapting for diverse regional audiences and monitoring trends.
- Collaborate with the CEO to craft and execute personal branding strategies on social platforms, creating content like interviews and thought leadership to expand their audience and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage podcast production, including recording, editing, publishing, and generating optimized clips, while coordinating guest appearances and post-production elements.
- Generate ongoing video and static assets for paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, iterating based on performance data and ensuring compliance with health advertising regulations across markets.
- Direct influencer partners by providing briefs on format, tone, and guidelines, review their outputs, repurpose top content for ads, and engage communities through interactive responses.
- Uphold brand visual identity and tone across all channels, maintain asset libraries, and adhere to regulatory standards like MHRA and ASA for healthcare content.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in content creation and video production, preferably in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in end-to-end short-form video production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with expertise in professional and mobile shooting.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, formats, and performance drivers, plus a history of growing brands or accounts via original content.
- Skill in crafting engaging, platform-specific scripts and captions in English, with the ability to deliver multiple pieces weekly.
- Comfort with fast-paced work, strong aesthetic sense, and interest in health, science, and technology.
- Desirable: Experience in regulated fields like pharma, familiarity with health guidelines (MHRA, ASA, FDA), motion graphics skills (After Effects), talent direction, audience-building track record, and podcast production expertise.
