Key Responsibilities
- Develop on-brand, insight-driven copy for multi-channel campaigns including email, product descriptions, social media, banners, landing pages, packaging, and wholesale communications.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and deliver cohesive campaign strategies.
- Research industry trends, consumer insights, sustainability topics, and current events to craft strategic messaging.
- Review post-campaign performance insights to refine messaging and improve results.
- Maintain brand consistency as guardian of tone of voice and ensure all copy meets brand guidelines.
- Edit, proofread, and validate claims for accuracy and factual support.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of copy within broader campaign and marketing objectives.
- Proven experience writing for digital, print, social media, email, packaging, and additional formats.
- Ability to research trends, consumer insights, and sustainability topics to inform writing.
- Deep understanding of brand tone of voice and consistency across communications.
- Natural storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, action-driven content.
- Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
