Key Responsibilities

  • Develop on-brand, insight-driven copy for multi-channel campaigns including email, product descriptions, social media, banners, landing pages, packaging, and wholesale communications.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and deliver cohesive campaign strategies.

  • Review post-campaign performance insights to refine messaging and improve results.

  • Edit, proofread, and validate claims for accuracy and factual support.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of copy within broader campaign and marketing objectives.
  • Proven experience writing for digital, print, social media, email, packaging, and additional formats.
  • Ability to research trends, consumer insights, and sustainability topics to inform writing.
  • Deep understanding of brand tone of voice and consistency across communications.
  • Natural storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, action-driven content.
  • Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
