Part-time designer focused on producing consistent, high-performing YouTube thumbnails for a business/AI/entrepreneurship channel, combining faithful execution of provided briefs with strategic repackaging work to improve click-through rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce approximately 9 thumbnails weekly based on detailed concepts, references, text, colors, and direction supplied via Miro board and Loom walkthroughs.
• Execute provided briefs exactly, matching specified layout, typography, colors, and placement.
• Create new thumbnails for existing videos by ideating and executing designs intended to outperform current CTR.
• Deliver fast first-draft turnarounds while maintaining reliable, fully async written communication.
• Maintain strict quality standards including accurate representation of individuals without distortion.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of thumbnail work in business, finance, AI, or info-education niches.
• Elite attention to detail and ability to follow detailed briefs precisely.
• Expert proficiency in Photoshop and competent use of AI tools for backgrounds and elements.
• Reliable async communication with consistent deadline adherence and clear written updates.
• Strategic understanding of CTR drivers such as contrast, focal points, curiosity, and small-size legibility.
• Ability to sustain weekly volume of ~9 thumbnails across two fixed days.
• Spoken English fluency.
